We recommend including your lead pastor and, when appropriate, a key staff member or board/elder representative. We will work with you to determine who should be present based on your context.
Do you only work with churches?
We primarily serve local churches, but we also work with faith-based nonprofits and community ministries that share a similar mission and structure.
What happens after the consultation?
After our conversation, we will summarize what we heard, highlight key opportunities, and outline several options for moving forward. You can take time to discuss these with your team before making any decisions.
